Learn specific exercises to keep your body strong, toned and healthy throughout all stages of pregnancy, birth and after.

Learn simple but effective
techniques for relaxation and meditation.

Classes are suitable for pregnant women from 10 weeks on and post-natal women from 3 weeks after birth. Note: this is just a general guideline and individual cases can be discussed with the teacher.
